Thermal and Energy Management

We understand Thermal Management as the controlled transport of thermal energy between any kind of heat sources to heat sinks including heat conversion and storage.

Our simulation approaches consider heat production from combustion, friction or electromagnetic induction with thermal transport through conduction, convection and radiation. Further we allow for heat conversion and storage through boiling and phase change and finally for heat disposal through cooling devices to the environment.

This builds our backbone to analyze heat and energy flows in complex systems to control and ensure component and system requirements.
